We’ve learned to accept the idea that there is no bad weather… only weather, the idea of good or bad is purely a matter of personal perspective. The umbrella salesman for example would consider the rainiest days to be the best –tk–

All of the images started out as Sony A900 shots processed in Lightroom. I brought them into PS, converted to B&W using Nik Silver Efex Pro and then some were converted to Tritones within PS (number six was one of them). I picked a black, a blueish tone, and a sepia tone and used the curves within the TriTone window to get to a look I liked. tk
Great work TK. Some of the more intimate shots… the grain. Is that post or are you cranking ISO? I really like the emotion it brings to the shots. The ’scapes are top notch as expected. Dig the tones… #7 makes me want to kick puppies it’s so cool.
Curious, what do you carry for a tripod and head? Graphite? Carbon? Light, efficient and portable.
Hi Tim! My name is Caio! We climb together in Rio, at Pedra do Urubu. Do you remember? So, can you give your e-mail for we can talk about climb, photo (your pics are nice!), trainning, and other things. Thankk for the help at the climb yesterday. Hugs!
Tim… loving the tones and processing on these.
Amazing.
