It's nice to see f-stop shipping packs. I appreciate that they stayed in communication about the customs and shipping delays (which happen to everyone) and psyched about the pack. I think I'm going to have to get a smaller ICU for the days I'm not carrying tons of camera gear and need more room for other stuff. Tim, do you have different sizes of ICU or do you just use the smaller bag when you're carrying less?

JV - When I am shooting roped climbing I always use the FStop Mala.

How I carry my other equipment depends largely on how long the hike is and what I will be shooting. If its a short hike I will usually just pack up a daypack and throw the Mala over my shoulder. For longer (multiday) hikes I pack the Mala inside a big backpacking pack. tk

Assuming you want to have a few lense options, do you recommend using a particular design of bag for use while you're hanging on a rope?

Taking into account the need to hike in and out of an area, but also needing to manage the bulk while you're shooting. Any insight would be appreciated.
