Well we are all here in Yosemite waiting for the snow and drizzle to taper off before heading up onto the wall to start shooting.

Our plan for the shoot is as follows:
Because Tommy and Kevin are still working on linking entire sections of the route (with climbing up to 8c+ or harder on vertical granite terrain), we will hike to the summit and rappel down about 800ft to a bivy ledge where we will base for 3 to 4 days. We will sleep out on portaledges and spend our days shooting the difficult climbing lower on the route (in the middle section of the massive cliff). This is an ideal situation for shooting because they will be attempting to do the pitches without falling for the first time. They have left ropes fixed in place on certain parts of the route for us to use for filming and shooting, a perfect scenario! Then based on how their attempts go, we can decide the best way to shoot later next week.
As I write this there is snow on the summit of the wall, so the hike up should be adventurous this afternoon!
I will do my best to keep the blog updated from the wall with pics and videos if the weather (and technology) allow.
